One Act Festival

One is the classes that I was in this semester, Acting 4, we auditioned for six different one acts. Six of my friends were chosen as directors and I was cast in two of the six one acts. I was very excited as they were two of my dearest friends as my directors. I played Doris Levine in God by Woddy Allen. I was a philosophy major who wanted to become an actress in this play. So I became a Hebrew slave. My dear friend Kyle was the other lead with me and we had a BLAST. Here is our cast :)

The second one-act that I was in was When Shakespeare's Ladies Meet. It was directed my one of my best friends out here, Bradford. I was Desdemona. :) If you don't know her story... she married Othello and he got jealous of her because he found her handkerchief in the bed chambers of Cassio and so he smothered her. This one-act was really cute. And funny. It was what would happen if all of Shakespeare's ladies (Katherine, Portia, Ophelia, and Desdemona) got together to warn Juliet of the heartaches of love. She in turn teaches all of us a thing or two. This was quite the challenge for me because Shakespeare is SO hard for me to memorize. But it was SUCH a blast. And here is OUR cast photo. Bradford is SO amazing as well.... he made all of our dresses. And yes, I got extensions put in for the show. Fun huh?
